Makes about 2 cups
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon olive juice
1 tablespoon minced scallions
1 small garlic clove, minced
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 ounces crumbled Point Reyes Original Blue
¾ cup green olives, chopped
Chips or crackers, for serving
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, yogurt, olive juice, scallions, garlic and half of the crumbled Original Blue. Mix well with a spoon or mixer.
Stir in the chopped olives and remaining Original Blue.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
