Administrative Assistant / Receptionist: Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures and signing visitors in. Provides assorted, general administrative support.
Packaging Department Supervisor: As a Packaging Department supervisor, the expectation is to allocate resources to inventory management and leadership with regard to the packaging departments directed by the Plant Manager. It is required to follow good manufacturing practices and train the department with the company procedures. This position requires having a can-do attitude and finding a way to get it done.
Creamery Production Associates: Work under the supervision and direction of the Lead Cheesemakers to assist in the making of artisan cheese. Associates assist with daily operations and work as a team to comply with company, state and federal food safety policies and regulations. Ability to work in a team environment is key to meeting daily goals and keeping the creamery functioning in a clean and orderly manner. Open positions are available at both Petaluma (one person) and Point Reyes (three people) locations.
Packaging Associates: Work under the supervision and direction of both the Packaging Supervisor and Plant Manager at our Petaluma production facility. Packaging Associates work as a team, executing daily packaging output for shipping and distribution with attention to proper pre-and-post sanitation. Associates transfer cheese from production and aging environments, cut, wrap and pack cheese products, track weights and lot identification and organize distributor orders on pallets, while completing proper traceability log forms.
