I really like this cheese. The only challenge I have with it is that I have to double wrap it or my fridge becomes too fragrant.

Wow! So good!

On a whim, I decided to add Cornelia to our standard “Anniversary “ order of Toma — my husband’s favorite, and Blue — so versatile and yummy, we are so glad. We have a new favorite! It is unique and interesting. I was afraid that I had purchased too much cheese. I needn’t have worried.

Solid

This cheese is very good and a solid 4 in my books. Why not a 5? Well, I made the mistake of opening Quinta first and nothing was able to top it (not to mention Quinta is a little cheaper.

Cornelia is really good, definitely smooth, I highly recommend cutting off the rind. I prefer Cornelia sliced super thin with a cheese cutter. While this cheese is good at room temperature, I don’t like it fully melted.
