1 wheel Point Reyes Truffle Brie, cold
Honeycomb
Honey
1-2 teaspoons chopped toasted hazelnuts
Fresh thyme leaves
Crackers or bread, for serving
Cut the rind off the Truffle Brie and cut it into cubes. Let brie come to room temperature.
Add Truffle Brie to the base of a food processor or blender (food processor is best for a single batch, while a blender works better for larger batches). Pulse until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as needed, about 5 minutes.
Spread whipped Truffle Brie onto a serving plate. Top with a square of honey comb, a drizzle of honey, toasted hazelnuts and a sprinkle of fresh thyme. Serve with crackers or bread.
