Serves 4-6
1 round sourdough bread loaf (5 oz)
10 oz wheel Point Reyes Truffle Brie
1-2 teaspoons Sabatino Truffle Honey
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Carefully cut the top out of a sourdough bread bowl. Scoop the rest of the bowl out to create an empty spot big enough for the wheel of brie. Score the top of the brie wheel with a knife in a crosshatch pattern then place in the bread bowl. Place the bread bowl on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Drizzle the brie with Sabatino Truffle Honey. Set the bread bowl lid to the side of the bread bowl and place sheet pan in oven.
Cook for 20-25 minutes until cheese is gooey.
Tear bread bowl lid into pieces for scooping baked brie. Serve immediately.
