Serves 4-6 as appetizer
1 wheel Point Reyes Truffle Brie
3-4 fresh figs, sliced
Pinch of flakey sea salt
Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Using a knife, carefully score the top of the Truffle Brie in a cross-hatch pattern. Place the cheese in a ramekin, small cast iron, or other oven-safe dish that is the same size as the cheese.
Top with fresh fig slices.
Place Brie in the oven until bubbly and hot, about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with flakey sea salt and fresh herbs. Enjoy hot with crusty bread.
