This recipe has a lot of wiggle room. Adjust amounts and ingredients to fit what savory Thanksgiving leftovers you have. We picked TomaTruffle for this recipe, but it would also be delicious with TomaProvence or Toma with a sprinkle of Bay Blue.
2-3 cups stuffing
4 cups chopped cooked turkey
3-4 cups cooked mashed potatoes
⅔ cup turkey gravy
2 cups green bean casserole or other veggie side
1 ½ -2 cups shredded TomaTruffle
½ cup fried onions (optional)
1-2 teaspoons minced herb mix (sage, thyme &/or rosemary)
Cranberry sauce, for serving
Preheat oven to 350F.
Add a layer of stuffing to the bottom of your casserole, so it at least covers the bottom of the dish. Layer with turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, and green bean casserole. Sprinkle evenly with shredded TomaTruffle followed by fried onions.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until heated throughout. Serve immediately with cranberry sauce.
