Brie

Brie Cheese on board

Learn

Point Reyes Brie is mild, buttery, and creamy with notes of Greek yogurt and a touch of sweetness. The exterior is a soft, bloomy, edible rind of white mold. The Brie is a small round, about 4” in diameter, weighing about 8.5oz. Delicious with dried fruit like apricots or figs, or the perfect accompaniment to a crunchy baguette with fruit preserves on top. Its mellow and creamy flavor will also lend itself beautifully to pairing with charcuterie or pâté.
