Truffle Brie & Toma Grilled Cheese with Caviar

Makes 2 sandwiches


4 slices sliced mild sourdough bread
2 tablespoons butter
4 ounces brie cheese sliced
4 ounces Point Reyes Toma, shredded
½ ounce caviar

 

Butter bread and place two slices butter side down on a clean work surface. Top with brie.

 

Evenly top brie with caviar, then shredded Toma. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side out.

 

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches 3-4 minutes per side or until bread is golden and cheese is melted.

 

Remove from pan, cut in half and serve.
