We've offered it during special releases before, and every time, the response has been the same: people didn't want it to go away. So we listened. Mild, creamy, and impossibly smooth, this is the cheese that makes any moment feel a little more special, whether you're dressing up a cheese board for guests or treating yourself on a quiet Tuesday evening.
Made in the classic style, our Brie features a soft, bloomy white rind that's entirely edible, delivering its signature delicate notes of button mushroom with every bite. Beneath it, the paste is velvety and rich with buttery flavor, a hint of milky sweetness, and delicate notes of cooked cream that make it endlessly approachable.
Pair it simply with a crusty baguette and fruit preserves, or let it shine alongside dried apricots or figs, charcuterie, and pâté. However you enjoy it, our Brie has a way of turning an ordinary spread into something worth savoring.
