When will my order ship/deliver?
The short answer is whenever you want!
During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select a requested delivery date*, Tuesday – Friday, up to 60 days in the future. This is perfect for shopping ahead of time for holidays, birthdays, or special occasions.
We ship via FedEx Express service. Most orders arrive on the target date, but sometimes it may arrive a day early or take an extra day to arrive. If you're planning a party, choose a day or two
early to be safe.
Important Notes for all Shipments:
- We ship via FedEx Express Service, Monday – Wednesday with enough frozen gel ice to 2-3 days of transit time in case there are delays- Once your order ships you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking information.
* Requested delivery dates may not be available for all products.
How do you ship?
We ship exclusively via FedEx Express Service.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to international addresses or U.S. territories.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $20 per package within the contiguous United
States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are a flat rate of $35 per package.
If ordering multiple items/gift packs and more than a $20 charge is assessed on your bill it is because we have determined that your multiple-item order cannot ship in one package.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
Not currently, but this is a feature we hope to add to our site in the future. Keep checking back.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to ship to a PO Box. When checking out, please provide physical shipping addresses only.

A truly unique experience, worth the trip to Point Reyes.
Reservations and planning your visit.
If you plan to visit our marketplace, no appointment is necessary. We have everything you need to sample and shop for cheese, gifts and picnic supplies.
That said, The Fork is not a restaurant. We do not offer walk-in dining or à la carte ordering. All food service is event-based and by reservation only.

Our marketplace one stop shop for all your cheesy needs! It's worth the visit, even if you haven't reserved a tasting.
We stock everything you need for the perfect picnic, from cheeses and pairings to locally-made gifts and treats to bring home.

Refund & cancelation policy.
Fork reservations are transferrable to other guests for the event booked, but are not refundable.

Pets and service animal requirements.
The Fork & Point Reyes Farmstead comply with local, state, federal health and ADA regulations. As a food production facility, we are unable to accommodate pets on the property - with the exception of service animals. The ADA from the Department of Justice establishes service animals as "dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
While we love pets, we are not pet friendly and ask that you leave your non-service animals at home or safely in the car during your visit to the farm.
