    Delicious Cheese

    I loved this collection. The Toma cheese (and it's flavored family members) is so creamy and delicious. I had it first at a winery in Napa and I had to order more. What I love about this set is that each cheese comes tightly wrapped in shrink wrap packaging so the cheese has a good shelf life. I take the cheese out of the fridge, slice off my serving and then let it sit for 30 min-1 hour to soften. DELICIOSO!

    The Best

    I didn't get to try any as I gave it as gifts. From each person I got a phone call which said "That was the best cheese I've ever eaten." All were delighted.

    Also the help with my order when I called was outstanding!
