Bob's Big Cheese

Named for our father, Bob Giacomini, “The Big Cheese”, who started our dairy farm alongside Tomales Bay in 1959, this is our most cheese-focused collection; ten distinctive cheeses that showcase the full range of what we make. It is perfect for the true cheese lover or anyone ready to build that epic grazing table they’ve been dreaming about.  

The collection spans bold blues (Original Blue, Bay Blue, and Fennel Blue), the complete Toma family with its global flavor inspirations, creamy Quinta, Brie and luxurious Truffle Brie, With the incredible variety, you can offer guests everything from approachable crowd-pleasers to adventurous, conversation-starting flavors.
