1 10-oz wheel Point Reyes Quinta, top rind removed
2-3 tablespoons Journeyman Meat Co. Nduja
Minced chives or green onions, for garnish
Preheat oven to 375F.
Place Quinta on a sheet tray or in a ramekin or oven-safe dish. Spread nduja evenly on top of the cheese.
Place in oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is hot and bubbly. Top with minced chives or green onions. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, bread or roasted potatoes.
