This baked brie with hot honey is the perfect sweet-heat appetizer. Crisp panko on the outside, warm and creamy in the center, our Classic Brie keeps the flavor rich and buttery, while rosemary adds a fresh finishing touch. The recipe can easily be doubled by using an 8.5 oz wheel of brie and increasing the coating ingredients accordingly. Serve it straight from the oven with crackers, crostini, or warm bread for the ultimate scoop-and-share bite.

1 5-oz Point Reyes Classic Brie
¾ cup flour
1 egg, beaten
¾ cup Panko
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Hot honey
Fresh rosemary, minced, for garnish

Preheat oven to 350F.

Place flour, egg and panko in three separate shallow bowls. Add salt and pepper to flour and stir to combine.

Dip brie in flour mixture, turning to coat evenly. Follow with egg mixture and, finally, panko, being sure to press the panko firmly onto the cheese.

Place brie in a small ramekin, cast iron skillet or other oven-safe dish. Bake 20-25 minutes until panko is brown and cheese is soft.

Drizzle with hot honey, garnish with rosemary and serve with your favorite crackers, crostini or fresh bread.
