Your reserved table comes with an abundant cheeseboard, loaded with an assortment of our award-winning cheeses and tasty house-made accompaniments tailored to enhance every bite. While you enjoy your cheese experience, treat yourself to The Fork's seasonal kitchen offerings available for purchase. Each table receives a menu of the day's specialties including local charcuterie, creative grilled cheese sandwiches, our famously rich mac & cheese, and yes, irresistible soft-serve ice cream and cookies everyone raves about!

Cheese Lovers Tasting with Farm Talk + Seasonal Chef's Menu

Take in sweeping views of Tomales Bay from your own private table overlooking our farm. Your group will be treated to a bountiful cheeseboard featuring our award-winning cheeses, followed by a seasonal chef-curated lunch designed to complement and highlight each cheese. This experience is perfect for those looking to turn a tasting into a full, flavorful meal. Your personal host—our resident "cheese concierge"—will guide you through the story of our farm with an engaging talk covering our dairy’s rich history, commitment to sustainability, and a behind-the-scenes look at daily life on the farm.

Our farm is a truly unique experience, worth the trip to Point Reyes. From tastings to special events, we welcome visitors and require reservations for cheese tastings.

Reservations and planning your visit

If you plan to visit our marketplace, no appointment is necessary. We have everything you need to sample and shop for cheese, gifts and picnic supplies.

That said, The Fork is not a restaurant. We do not offer walk-in dining or à la carte ordering. All food service is event-based and by reservation only.

Our marketplace one stop shop for all your cheesy needs! It's worth the visit, even if you haven't reserved a tasting.

We stock everything you need for the perfect picnic, from cheeses and pairings to locally-made gifts and treats to bring home.

Hours: Monday-Saturday 11:00am-4:00pm

Refund & cancellation Policy

Fork reservations are transferrable to other guests for the event booked, but are not refundable.

Pets and service animals

The Fork & Point Reyes Farmstead comply with local, state, federal health and ADA regulations. As a food production facility, we are unable to accommodate pets on the property - with the exception of service animals. The ADA from the Department of Justice establishes service animals as "dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

While we love pets, we are not pet friendly and ask that you leave your non-service animals at home or safely in the car during your visit to the farm.
