Brioche bread
1 ripe peach
Honey
Pistachios or almonds
Toast a slice of Brioche bread to your desired crunchiness. Thinly slice half a peach and fan out over your toasted bread. Using a cheese plane or potato peeler. Thinly shave TomaRashi on top of the peaches. Drizzle with your favorite honey and a dusting of nuts.
