Chocolate Fondue with TomaRashi

Serves 4-6

 

This basic and easy recipe is delicious and decadent – a perfect ending to a meal shared with your sweetie, bestie or kids. Dip into it with your favorite fruits, berries, cookies and cheese – yes, cheese.  TomaRashi and Gouda both pair beautifully with chocolate, creating a unique and delicious treat.  We promise you’ll love it as much as we do.

 

1 cup (8 oz) heavy cream
Large pinch of salt
12 oz dark chocolate (we use TCHO 66% dark)
Dippers – fruit, berries, cookies, chunks of Point Reyes TomaRashi and/or Gouda

 

Heat the cream and salt over medium heat in a small saucepan until hot and just beginning to boil.  

 

Remove from heat, add the chocolate, and whisk until smooth.

 

Place in fondue pot to keep warm.  Enjoy with fruit, cookies, TomaRashi and Gouda.
