Green Goddess Dip with Bay Blue
Makes about 2 cups
1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 cup parsley
1 cup mixed herbs (dill, cilantro, basil, mint)
2 tablespoons lemon juice, plus ½ teaspoon zest
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons capers
1 garlic clove, peeled
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 ounce Point Reyes Bay Blue, crumbled
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except Bay Blue. Stir in Bay Blue crumble, reserving some for garnish.
Serve as a dip with your favorite seasonal veggies.
