SHSSH!!!!!

Ah! I'll never tell the name of the cheese from this collection to make the Best Grilled Cheese Sandwich ever. (More for me.) I used good bakery bread, French butter and the cheese. Have fun with your taste test.

What a spread

A great selection of cheeses for a festive event. Guests enjoyed the assortment; so much finer and special than from the grocery store. So easy to put out and looked like a professional job. The included cheese knife is lagniappe. I have given several of the selections as gifts and they are very appreciated.

Awesome Christmas Gifts
