About The Fork
We are all about capturing and sharing the incredible natural flavors of our farm. There's no better place to explore those flavors than here on the property. The Fork has something for everyone, and always something new, for anyone who loves not only cheese, but great, seasonal, locally-sourced food.
Custom built here on our pastoral family dairy; The Fork was designed with two goals in mind. First was education, offering farm tours, culinary classes, and focused tastings to help guests better understand and appreciate all that goes into sustainable family farming and artisan cheesemaking. Second was entertainment, with incredible dining events hosted by our own culinary team and acclaimed local chefs. The Fork truly makes a fascinating, unforgettable location for your private party or corporate event.
With our culinary community in mind, we welcome chefs, retailers, distributors, cheese mongers and more. Contact us for Trade visits, we would love to connect with you!

Roots in Dairy Farming
We are more than dairy farmers and artisan cheese makers; we are a family steeped in tradition, always looking for ways to better our environment through carefully tending our land with sustainable practices including growing our own silage as well as generating renewable energy via a methane digester. In addition to reducing our carbon footprint, raising a happy healthy herd is of the utmost importance to us.
Our humble beginnings on our farm began in 1959, adding to a family legacy of farming that dates back well over 100 years. The decision to transform the family business from a fluid milk dairy to an artisan cheese company was the next right thing to make it sustainable for the next generation. It was also the catalyst in becoming a Women Owned Business.
Award-winning Artisan Cheese
With production locations on the farm and in nearby Petaluma, the Point Reyes Farmstead product line contains Original Blue, Bay Blue, Toma, TomaProvence, TomaTruffle, TomaRashi, Aged Gouda, and Quinta. The cheeses are available nationally at The Fork, local-area farmers markets, independent cheese shops, specialty grocers and online at www.pointreyescheese.com.
