Hands on cheeseboard building class
Join us for a hands-on class in our on-farm commercial kitchen where you will learn how to make the perfect cheeseboard. Your time on the farm will begin with a focused cheese tasting on our patio nestled within our culinary garden and overlooking the bucolic hills of our family farm. Inside our kitchen, Culinary Director/Executive Chef Jennifer Luttrell will teach you all her pro tips to create an interesting and
beautiful board - including selecting different styles and flavors of cheeses, cheese preparation, how to pair accompaniments and where to place it all on the board. We will supply you with cheese, accompaniments (fruit, jams, nuts, etc.), crackers, a cheese knife and a branded bamboo Point Reyes Cheeseboard so you’ll be able to take your creation home to enjoy.
